  • AI-powered analysis to generate warmth scores for your prospects.
  • Personalized outreach draft generation tailored to each prospect.
  • Follow-up reminders to help you stay on top of your pipeline.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase with encryption at rest. Our application is hosted on Vercel. Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices and compliance certifications.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate warmr:

  • OpenAI — powers AI analysis and outreach generation. Your data is not stored by OpenAI.
  • Stripe — processes subscription payments securely.
  • Resend — delivers transactional emails such as notifications and reminders.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. Your information is only shared with the third-party services listed above, strictly to provide product functionality.

6. Your Rights

You can access, export (as CSV), or delete your data at any time from the Settings page within your account. If you need additional assistance, contact us at the email below.

7. Cookies

We use only essential authentication cookies managed by Supabase. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookie-based tracking.

8. LinkedIn Compliance

warmr only reads publicly visible profile information from LinkedIn pages you actively visit. We do not scrape LinkedIn, do not perform bulk data collection, and do not access or store your LinkedIn credentials.
